ADX (Average Directional Index) - Standard technical indicator that measures the strength of a trend.
Ask (Offer) - price of the bid, the price you buy for.
Aussie - a Forex slang name for the Australian dollar.
Bank Rate - the percentage of a country with the central bank lends money to the country's commercial banks.

Although the market is by its nature dynamic, it is important for every trader some established rules to regulate their trade. This means that by fixing some aspects of your trade, you are indirectly taking care of your feelings, and so give an edge to succeed in your chosen investment strategy. "REST" above stands for risk, Entry, Stop Loss and Target, and in the following sections, I explain why it is important that the above parameters fixed, if one aims to commercially successful.
